The takeaway draft. For 2 to 5. Everyone picks one dish from the hand they hold, all at once; then every hand turns one seat to the left, like the lazy susan on a restaurant table. Three rounds; the best meal wins.
Char siu bao — every pair.
12 · 5Har gow — every set of three 12. Two left over score 5; one left over scores nothing.
1–11Siu mai — 1, 2, 4, 7, 11 for one to five; each one after that adds 4.
6 · 2Spring rolls — each card shows 1, 2 or 3 rolls. Most rolls this round 6, second most 2. A tie shares the points, rounded down (a tie for most shares the 6, and no second is paid). No rolls, no points.
1 · 2 · 3Fried rice — egg 1, chicken 2, special 3.
×3Chilli oil — the next fried rice you take scores three times. An oil nobody's rice follows scores nothing.
0Chopsticks — nothing themselves; they get you two dishes in one pick.
+2Fortune cookie — at the round's end, 1 for each different dish on your tray, up to 2. Each cookie scores it. The dishes are bao, har gow, siu mai, spring rolls, fried rice and egg tarts taken this round; chilli oil, chopsticks and cookies don't count.
±5Egg tarts — dessert, kept all game and scored once at the end: the most tarts 5, the fewest minus 5 (a tie shares, rounded down; with two of you, no minus; all level, nobody).
After the third round and the egg tarts, the most points wins. A tie goes to more tarts.
